Welcome to the Home Page of the Flying Colours Balloon Team!
Be a part of it
all! From the set-up and launch, to the chase, the landing, and the social
events - we invite you to join us for some great adventures! Most of our
flying is in central Ohio and New Mexico, but we have team members from across
the United States. We are always looking for new friends to join the team!
Crewing is a
fantastic opportunity to meet some great people and share in an experience few
people ever have the opportunity to be a part of! You will discover
ballooning first-hand, and be an integral part of the team. No experience
is necessary - we will provide the training - you'll just need enthusiasm, be
ready to get up before dawn on an occasional weekend morning, be ready to help
inflate, launch, chase, and pack up the balloon, and enjoy some early morning
Champagne at our post-flight tailgate parties. You will also have the
opportunity to join us at various ballooning events.

Great new friends from Wisconsin!!!
We met some great folks from Wisconsin at the 2005
Fiesta. They sent us these pictures of their boat "Salmon
Queen", which they enjoy each summer on Lake Michigan. Click here

Marge makes her Fiesta debut!!!
"Marge" - the world famous Weed Wacker blender made her debut at the 2005 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta!!! Many
of you will remember Craig's creation "Marge" from our many tailgate
parties. We want to thank Craig & Anne
for letting us share Marge with the tailgaters of Fiesta!!

Monty from Salt Lake City just sent an email with the photos
below. He and his family were at the 2003 Fiesta for the weekend - "We used to
live in Albuquerque and crewed for many years. This was our first trip
back in 5 years. . . we were walking the field and came across your Balloon
about the time the sun came up and your crew was just great! So we spent
most of the morning taking pictures and cheering you on. . .you and your crew
reminded us how COOL balloonists are! Thanks!!"
We have invited Monty and his family to crew at this year's
Fiesta - we hope they can make it to Albuquerque!!!
